Our Farm:  The Ballard's
Our Broodmares
A Lil Touch of Cayenne
'01 Mare Sorrel w/ Frost, 52"

Sire: Salty Eyed Look, International Champion Small Stallion

Dam: Salty Sorrel Tommie
Tinkerbell is a very pretty mare.  I have raised only a few foals out of her and they have all colored nicely.  Cuervo is a yearling who is colored now and will have plenty to show with next spring.   I am keeping this year's filly.  Tinkerbell has only been shown locally as a leadline pony for my oldest son, mainly because he never developed the desire to ride much.   She is very green broke and I just never got around continuing her training.  I kept leaving her open about every other year with the intention to finish her training but was too busy to get it done. Tinkerbell is a very nice, stout mare.   She has a calm personality and has pretty babies.  Maybe one of these days she will be shown in medium mares.  She would be tough.
Salty Super Squirt
'93 Black 51 1/2" mare

Sire:  Super Sun, ApHC POA Legend

Dam:  Tuff Little Squirt by JBJ's Totally Tough
Squirt is a very nice mare.   She has always been a broodmare and I have never seen a solid out of her.   Before I got her she had 2 black fewspot leopards and several blanketed babies.   I have gotten a buckskin snowcap colt, two bay blanketed fillies, and two buckskin fillies, one with snowflakes on her hips and the other a loud blanket.

Cougar in the top picture gets noticed where ever he goes.  His also extremely fast and is making a great game pony.  He placed at the International show in games last year and will be back for more in 2011.

I won the '08 Red Earth lunge line futurity with Fancy, bay filly shown on the right.  She is now the leadline pony for my 5 y/o son, Brian and they are both doing great.  She will be showing at the 2011 International show in Hunter in Hand,  Adult HUS and in Leadline Boys Costume and Equitation classes.

Fine, the buckskin filly with snowflakes and dark spots, won the '08 Red Earth yearling filly futurity and she was 4th yearling filly out of 23 at the '08 International Show.

Stormy, '08 filly placed second in both the Oklahoma and Red Earth futurities. She is a beautiful filly but I failed to get a picture of her being shown. She is now owned by the Canters of Kansas

Georgia on the bottom will be shown at the 2011 International show in yearling classes.  She has been sold to Texas.
